- Planning & Design: Preparation of detailed project reports (DPRs), structural designs, and feasibility studies for new bridges, flyovers, and culverts.
- Construction Supervision: Managing and monitoring bridge construction activities to ensure safety, quality, and timely completion.
- Maintenance & Inspection: Regular inspection, repair, and strengthening of existing bridges to maintain structural integrity and safety standards.
- Coordination: Liaising with state and central agencies for inter-departmental infrastructure projects and funding.
- Innovation & Safety: Incorporating modern technology and materials to enhance the durability and safety of bridge structures.
